I bought the Full Game but Worlds 2–7 are locked
Open the Worlds screen (or the in-game Store) and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with. On Steam the whole game is included in your purchase, so there is nothing to restore.
I lost my progress
Progress is saved on your device. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, sign in to Game Center and iCloud to carry your progress between devices; on Steam, keep Steam Cloud turned on. Without these, deleting the game or moving to a new device starts fresh. One-time purchases are never lost: use Restore Purchases.
Controls
Touch: a virtual joystick on the left moves you; buttons on the right coat the rascals into snowballs, kick them, turn you into a giant snowball and dash. Keyboard (arrow keys/WASD, Space to jump, S/J to freeze, F/K to kick, E for giant, Shift to dash) and game controllers (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch Pro and Steam Deck) also work.

Dünyalar ekranını (veya oyun içi Mağaza'yı) aç ve Satın alımları geri yükle'ye dokun. Satın alırken kullandığın Apple Hesabı ya da Google hesabıyla giriş yap. Steam'de oyunun tamamı satın almana dahildir, geri yüklenecek bir şey yoktur.
İlerlemem kayboldu
İlerleme cihazında saklanır. iPhone, iPad ve Mac'te ilerlemeni cihazlar arasında taşımak için Game Center ve iCloud'a giriş yap; Steam'de Steam Cloud'u açık tut. Bunlar olmadan oyunu silmek ya da yeni cihaza geçmek oyunu baştan başlatır. Tek seferlik satın almalar hiçbir zaman kaybolmaz: Geri Yükle'yi kullan.
Kontroller
Dokunmatik: solda bir sanal joystick seni hareket ettirir; sağdaki butonlar haylazları kar topuna çevirir, tekmeler, dev kartopu olmanı sağlar ve dash yaptırır. Klavye (ok tuşları/WASD, zıplamak için Space, dondurmak için S/J, tekme için F/K, dev olmak için E, dash için Shift) ve oyun kumandaları (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch Pro ve Steam Deck) da çalışır.
